Storage Conditions

The product must be stored in a dry, covered place, away from direct sunlight, and stacked with a maximum of 5-6 bags on top of each other.

Shelf Life

Under proper storage conditions, this product remains usable for approximately 6 months after production.

Usage Instructions

For installing pieces using the mentioned powder mortar, the underlying surface and the back of the piece must be completely dry, free of contamination, and level (aligned). The surface must be free of grease particles and dust.
For application, a notched trowel or spatula should be used to create grooves for higher work quality.
Each 20 kg bag of the product should be mixed with approximately 5 kg of water as follows: pour the approximate amount of water into the mixing container, gradually add the powder, and mix for about 2 minutes (using an electric mixer is recommended). Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes for curing, then continue mixing for an additional 30 seconds until a uniform mixture is obtained. The mixture is now ready for use with a notched trowel.
Each square meter of the underlying surface requires approximately 5 kg of mortar (each bag covers about 4 square meters), and the mortar thickness behind the piece should be approximately 3 to 5 mm.
The mortar’s usable time varies depending on the air temperature (approximately 0.5 to 2 hours) and should be prepared in small quantities for immediate use. In very cold seasons with the risk of freezing, necessary precautions must be taken.
The drying time is approximately 24 hours at a temperature of 25°C, and after two days from the installation of the pieces, it is ready for grouting or other operations.
This product is intended for non-water-absorbent pieces.
For this product, if there is a need to install a new piece on an old one, the previous glaze must be locally removed (scratched).
